ST DesignWorks is a residential design studio specialising in contemporary custom homes and residential projects across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

The studio is led by QBCC licensed building designer Shuey Tada, who brings more than 18 years of residential design experience across Japan and Australia. Shuey began his career in Japan, developing a precise and disciplined approach to spatial planning and documentation standards. His experience within the Australian residential sector strengthened his understanding of local planning frameworks, coastal conditions and practical construction coordination.

The studio focuses on contemporary residential design - developed from initial concept through to coordinated Building Approval documentation. Each project is approached with careful attention to proportion, spatial flow and how the home responds to its site.

The result is homes that feel refined in presentation and carefully resolved in execution. At ST DesignWorks, design is not only about how a home looks - but how it functions, performs and supports everyday life for years to come.
